"Customer service? State Farm told me any agent’s office would be happy to sign paperwork for my stolen car, but I was told over the phone this office will not help me as I’m not “in their book of business,” To be clear, we are talking about a single signature, a few moments of effort. Very disappointing."

We do always strive to assist as many State Farm customers as we can. However, there are times when we are unable to provide support outside of our existing clients. As you can imagine due to the convenient location of our office, we are often sought after as a location for State Farm customers to drop in … So we do have to manage our capacity and make sure we are available to service the customers assigned to our agency. This is one of the great things about STATE FARM is that you have a dedicated agent to ensure that you receive the service that is tailored to your specific needs.
